Remember our callings aren’t just about the outcomes that we create – they’re here to grow and expand us more fully into who we are – and here to guide us in letting go of the limiting beliefs that have held us back.

It’s vulnerable to show up for what we want. And so we can show up and close our eyes, close our heart, and close down energetically. Or we can **show up and with our eyes wide OPEN…**allowing our hearts to be OPEN, to be soft, and to feel… and we can allow ourselves to be truly SEEN.

Our Dropping Feelings are Invitations to Clear Limiting Beliefs

When you start to SHOW up for your dream... You’re asking for it.

You’re feeling it. You’re taking consistent action on it…

We often become aware of feelings we don’t want to feel.

I call them dropping feelings because despite trying to lift, or feel better, they seem to just make us heavy, low and almost irrationally color what’s happening.

If we start to have heavy low feelings it’s great news because we know that a limiting belief is sticking its head up to be felt, loved and released! I know it doesn’t FEEL like good news… but it truly is a profound opportunity.

Our feelings are a backdoor into our unconscious – into our blindspots – into our deep limiting beliefs. So when we take advantage of feeling our feelings we have the opportunity to open up to the parts of us that the mind can’t access – we come face to face with those unconscious patterns of smallness, stuckness, struggle and self-sabotage – so that we can see, love and heal them.

So feeling our feelings gives us the easiest and most effective way to clear what’s holding us back.

It’s important also to be aware of what the healing really is… which is Love.

Love in reality is an experience. It’s felt in our body. It expands our human experience in multiple visceral ways. It pervades all aspects of THIS PRESENT MOMENT. It’s Love!!!!!!

So while understanding this work mentally can be so helpful. Remember that this truly is all about getting our own experience of Love… of that energy we are, we know, and we want more of.

How to Begin to Feel our Feelings to Heal and Clear our Limiting Beliefs

The essence of this healing and clearing process can be found in the word F.E.E.L.

F  Feel your feelings. E  Embrace your feelings. E  Express your feelings… give them a voice. L  Love your feelings.

When I first began playing with the Allowing.Love™ meditation was my dream

to get married. I was finally allowing myself to ask Spirit for a husband, really pray and want it. Then I began to Feel my dream fully: feeling the experience of his arms around me every

night as I went to sleep, [my frequency was ‘being loved just as I am’]. Next I took Action: I was finally leaning into dating and was allowing myself to get excited about it.

But with these risks came feelings.
