But finding and authentically experiencing gratitude for the climb â for the moments when we are challenged and taken out of our comfort zone â these are the moments when we are growing and finding out who we really are.
Gratitude for Whatâs Challenging
Itâs one thing to have gratitude for what makes you happy. Whatâs a much more challenging task, and a more rewarding one...is learning how to have gratitude for our challenges.
But cultivating an overall gratitude for everything in life, even whatâs challenging...might be the true spiritual source of a happy life.
