This guided experience will support you through early conversations with your Rainbow One. Use the prompts as gentle guideposts, but let your Huge Heart lead the way. Trust what arises, even if it feels subtle or imagined.

You Will Need: Your Healing Book, a writing instrument, and a safe, sacred space
</aside>
1. Set a Positive Intention for Healing
Write down your healing intention that includes the phrase for the Highest Good, along with anything that supports what you most want to experience.
2. Breathe and Be In Your Body
Use some natural, slow or somatic breathing.
3. Begin Writing to Your Rainbow One
Start wherever you are. Start however you want. Connect with them in your Rainbow Sanctuary if that helps. Or just dive in.

For example you can start with:
Hi (Name), I miss you so much...
I donโt know if you can hear me, but I need to say some things...

4. Pause
When youโve shared whatโs in your heart, pause. Breathe. Be aware of how youโre feeling.
5. Feel Your Rainbow One
Feel your connection with your Rainbow One. It may be helpful to close your eyes in order to do that. Let yourself sense how much they love you and how they feel about you. Now, give that loving a voice. Imagine your Rainbow One writing to you and let their words flow onto the page.
6. Let a Conversation Unfold
Ask them questions. Let them answer. Let it be a flow.

Questions you can consider:
What would you like me to know today?
Is there anything I need to forgive myself for?
Are you okay now?
What does it feel like where you are?
How can I celebrate you this week?
Is there anything you want me to do in your name?
Is there someone youโd like me to give your blanket/toy/tags to?
Whatโs one way I can carry our love into my life this week?

7. Complete with Loving Gratitude
Hug and complete with your Rainbow One for right now. Say bye for now, and see you soon.
8. Thank and Reward Yourself
Thank yourself for having the courage to reconnect. Now go treat yourself with what feels good to you.
