This gentle practice helps you reconnect with your Rainbow One through signs, synchronicities, and the everyday magic around you, turning ordinary moments into sacred communication and intuitive connection.

Estimated Time Required: 10 – 20 minutes or more

You Will Need: Your Healing Book, a writing instrument, and a safe, sacred space
</aside>
1. Set a Positive Intention for Healing
Write down your healing intention that includes the phrase for the Highest Good, along with anything that supports what you most want to experience.
2. Breathe and Be In Your Body
Use some natural, slow or somatic breathing.
3. Connect in your Rainbow Sanctuary
Close your eyes and arrive in your Rainbow Sanctuary. Invite your Rainbow One to join you. Let yourself feel their presence—maybe a hug, a moment, a message. Just be together. Let the love lead.
4. Honor the Signs Received
Write about and thank your Rainbow One for any signs and loving messages you’ve already received. No matter how small or ordinary they might seem, honoring these signs helps build your trust in the connection. And yep if nothing comes to mind, make it up. (There will be a divine reason you make up one thing and not another. Try it and see what happens…)
5. Getting the Signs in the Stuff
Look around your home. Is there something of theirs that keeps showing up? A bowl, a blanket, a collar? Choose one item to write about.
Write your responses to the following:

Where did I find this?
What feelings did it bring up?
What memory does it hold?
If this item were a message, what might it be saying to me?

Then ask your Rainbow One:

What would you like me to do with this?

Write what comes. And trust the answer.
6. Ask for More Signs and Support
In your Healing Book, write this, or your own version of it:
Rainbow One, I invite you to send me more signs and support in the days ahead. Help me stay open to our connection in both mystical and ordinary ways.
Add to your message to your Rainbow One however you’d like.
7. (Optional) Ask for Something Specific
Ask for a specific sign that would really speak to you. You might ask for something unique, like a certain word, sound, animal, or object. Or something symbolic, like seeing a rainbow, a butterfly, or their favorite number. Write your request down, something like:

I ask for a clear sign from my Rainbow One, something that will help me know you are near. I trust that it will come in a way that is loving, safe, and in alignment with the Highest Good.

8. Write Down Awareness
Pause, breathe, and notice what’s here now. Write down any insights. Ask the questions that matter, and open to intuitive guidance for your next steps.
9. Complete with Loving Gratitude
Take a moment to thank yourself and your Rainbow One. Hug them and say bye for now. Feel your gratitude for them, and for your own courage to show up and be vulnerable. Reward yourself with something that feels good to you.

Synchronicity is Love’s way of reminding us that separation is an illusion.
Every coincidence, every sign, every moment that catches your heart is an invitation to remember: you are being guided. Your Rainbow One hasn’t left you, they’re simply loving you from the other side of sight. When you slow down, feel, and trust what you notice, life finally begins to make sense.
