Guided Experience 16: Their One Clear Gift

A guided process to uncover the core gifts your Rainbow One came to help you receive. You’ll release old patterns and pain from the past to reveal the deeper truth of your connection and purpose together. Includes practical guidance for embodying and living the lessons your beloved came to share. Especially supportive in Phases 3 and 4.

Estimated Time Required: 20 – 45 minutes or more

You Will Need: Your Healing Book, a writing instrument, and a safe, sacred space

</aside>

1. Set a Positive Intention for Healing

Write down your healing intention that includes the phrase for the Highest Good, along with anything that supports what you most want to experience.

2. Breathe and Be In Your Body

Use some natural, slow or somatic breathing.

3. Bring Your Rainbow One into Your Rainbow Sanctuary

Spend some time together, allowing any emotion to arise. Just be present, open, and receive them fully in your Huge Heart.

4. Feel Your Feelings [Step 1]

Allow the darkest, heaviest moments of grief you’ve experienced recently to be felt fully right now. Write down what you’re feeling. Then ask yourself:

What am I feeling?

Where do I feel it in my body?

If it had a color, texture, or movement—what would it be?

Write down a name for your feeling form.

5. Embrace Your Feelings [Step 2]

Accept and welcome your feeling form. Let go of any resistance to feeling them fully. You can say out loud or in writing:

I have so much time, space and love for you right now.

I see you, I hear you, I welcome you.

6. Express Your Feelings, Your Inner Child and Your Rainbow One [Step 3]

Give a voice to your feeling form by writing it down. Let is speak freely.

Now allow yourself to be curious about (don’t think too hard, just let an answer pop into your mind):

When was one of the earliest times you remember feeling this way?

Now, give your inner child from that moment a voice, right here, right now. Let them say anything they want. Allow them to write freely. Until they’ve said all they need to say.

Next, allow your inner child to answer:

What did you start to believe about yourself at that time?

Thank them for their response. Love them along the way. And then ask them to answer this question:

How has your beloved animal, and now your Rainbow One been helping you release these beliefs?

Allow both your inner child and your Rainbow One to respond. Allow yourself to receive the lessons and gifts your beloved animal came into our life to give you.

7. Let Your Rainbow One Love You [Step 4]

First, let your Rainbow One love you, just be with them. Let them lick, snuggle, love you. As they share any words or messages with you, write them down.

Now, in your Sacred Sanctuary you are going to create a ceremony where they will give you a symbol, a gift, to anchor this gift in your consciousness. Allow yourself to receive this gift from your Rainbow One. If it doesn’t easily show up in your imagination, take some time to meditate, or contemplate, about a simple gift or symbol that represents the message, gift or lessons your Rainbow One came to give you.

Experience the ceremony. Close your eyes and experience it as fully as if it were happening in the physical world. Remember you could do this easily when you were five. Access that originally innocent and powerful part of you to help you if you need. Close your eyes and experience it fully.

Next ask your Rainbow One:

What do I need, in order to live this gift?

Allow your Rainbow One to share with you the ways you can live your life honoring, celebrating and sharing this gift.

And finally ask your Rainbow One:

What is the truth about my life and this gift?

</aside>

Allow your Rainbow One to write freely.

8. Rewire with Self-Forgiveness

Release any blocks or patterns holding you back from living your gifts with self-forgiveness statements. Share out-loud, inwardly, or in writing, completing each statement without thinking, editing or censoring what wants to naturally, and authentically be shared. Share these statements with great compassion, warmth and softness for yourself.

I forgive myself for buying into the misbelief that…

I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstanding that…

I forgive myself for buying into the illusion that…

I forgive myself for judging myself as…

For example:

I forgive myself for buying into the misbelief that no-one wants to hear what I have to say.

I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstanding that I always have to be focusing on what other people need and want, and I can’t focus on myself too.

I forgive myself for buying into the illusion that sharing my grief is a burden.

I forgive myself for judging myself as not lovable, and wholeheartedly worthy of being loved and cared for.

Repeat any particular statement that feels the most valuable for you. Continue to share self-forgiveness, until you feel still, a little Lighter, or complete.

9. Claim Your Gift and Rewire Back to Love

Share out-loud, inwardly, or in writing, but most importantly allow yourself to feel your gift and to receive this truth as fully as you can.

10. Unleash More Rainbow Support

Refer back to your answers from Q7. Review these answers, and take the time to ask your Rainbow One to help you define any simple next steps towards living your gifts more fully.

Record any next steps or reminders in your calendar, planner, on sticky notes around the house.

11. Write Down Awareness

Pause, breathe, and write down any insights. Ask the questions that matter, and open to possible next steps.

12. Complete with Loving Gratitude

Thank yourself and your Rainbow One. Hug them and say bye for now. Reward yourself with something that feels good to you.
