But don’t take our word for it.
Be bold and brave – try it, and then decide for yourself.
The kinesthetic experience of feeling connected and touched.
And we CAN give this experience to ourselves.
And just like hugging another person, it’s much more about the feelings, the love and the heartfelt intention, than the physical movement.

Life at this time, has been designed to break us down. Not to hurt or total us. But to help us be broken open into more Love – to help us learn how to live from our Heart and Compassion, and not from our Head and our Calculated Confidence.
Learning how to be kind and sweet to ourselves is THE REAL DEAL. It sounds so easy. Right?! And while it is SIMPLE it isn’t easy in my experience. There is often so much of us that doesn’t feel worthy of being let off the hook, or receiving sweetness, when we’re not feeling our best.
But I’m gonna keep saying it – learning how to love ourselves when we’re down is everything.
