Today is Step 4 -- Own and Forgive.
If You’re Yet To Be Aware of the Healing Power of Forgiveness
And particularly the power of self-forgiveness, here are some perspectives to consider:

Forgiveness is a pivotal part of Allowing Love, because of its powerful ability to clear the misbeliefs and misidentifications that unconsciously hold us back from our dreams.
This Technique of Self-Forgiveness
This technique of self forgiveness -- allows us to access our unconscious directly -- and in owning and forgiving ourselves for any misbeliefs that come present -- we are able to release those blocks from our consciousness, and allow the love, the growth and the expansion into the truth our Soul is showing us.
For some of you this step will be a leap of faith, if you don’t yet have an experience of forgiveness, or understand it’s power. And so I encourage you to use your own experience -- throughout this program really pay attention to your experience and the impact on your life -- and use that experience to guide you forward.
It’s not about owning our past actions and forgiving other people, it’s owning and forgiving the misbeliefs that we have held inside.
Often When We Begin to Allow …
Often when we begin to allow Soul led marriage, for example, into our lives, the deep misbeliefs that have held us back from deeply receiving, and deeply giving love show up. The misbeliefs of ‘I’m not worthy of love’, or ‘I can’t survive another rejection’, or ‘When I really trust and open to love, I get hurt or abused’ … begin to be cleared as we are present in the moment, and allow statements of forgiveness to wash them clean.
And often when we begin to allow greater and more dynamic success in our lives, the unconscious energies of … ‘I’m not worthy’, ‘I’m not good enough’, and ‘I’m actually, afraid to REALLY fly ...’ come present for clearing.
So simply do your best, to trust that by being present in the moment, and NOT actively thinking of the past, that the Light and your Highest Self will direct and guide you in this process.
For This Step You Will Not Be Writing
For this step you will not be writing in your journal. Rather for this step you will be simply saying these statements of self-forgiveness inwardly.
The statement of self-forgiveness is simply:
“I forgive myself for buying into the misbelief that …” and you will simply say whatever comes next.
