Power poses for greater presence and happiness
You can tell so much of what a dog is feeling based on how they are posing.
But did you know that how we are posing, or holding our body position, also helps us feel a particular way?
This study out of Harvard by Social Psychologist Amy Cuddy has created a lot of attention, in part because of how EASY and how POWERFUL it is. [1]
