Most simply, it’s a time to honor and care for ourselves, and to recognize how incredible it is that we bond so deeply with animals
It’s also a time to honor and connect more deeply with our Rainbow Ones, the animals who have passed into Spirit

On the First Tuesday of Each Month at 5pm Pacific, Dr. Zoë Lumiere hosts a free call where grieving pet parents come together in a sacred, somatic space — to grieve, to share, and most importantly, to reconnect with their Rainbow Ones.

These calls are born from Zoë’s own grief journey — after losing her mother at a young age, and later, after fostering and saying goodbye to her six-month-old puppy, Ellie. Her personal experience with suppressed grief, and the profound healing that came through somatic reconnection, now informs everything she shares.
Dr. Zoë has a background in Clinical Psychology, a Doctorate in Spiritual science, a masters and advanced graduate certification in Spiritual Psychology and Somatic Therapy.
Each call Dr. Zoë guides participants through powerful somatic healing principles that are essential for processing grief in a healthy way — so we don’t bury or avoid our emotions the way so many of us have been taught. Because unprocessed grief doesn’t just disappear — it can shape our lives in hidden ways, through emotional pain, harmful patterns, or a lingering disconnection from joy.
In the Rainbow Bridge Club, participants are invited to let it out… so they can let love in.
They’ll have the opportunity to:

1. A Safe Sacred Space for Active Heartbreak
A grounded, kind space for the shock and pain of pet grief.
When we feel lost, alone, overwhelmed, or even a little crazy, we get to be seen, heard, and loved exactly as we are.
No fixing. Just presence.

2. Embodied Healing
Simple somatic tools to calm the nervous system and gently move grief through the body.
We don’t suppress. We allow. Healing happens safely and naturally.
