⚖️ Blame Doesn't Lead to Accountability

🔍 Overview

We often think blame is necessary to hold people accountable—but it turns out, it’s not. Blame actually disconnects us from compassion and keeps us locked in patterns of defensiveness. True accountability grows from vulnerability and responsibility—not from anger or punishment. This is so important when we’re grieving or navigating emotional pain, both with ourselves and others.
