Sometimes the signs are subtle. Sometimes they’re startling. And sometimes… they’re sitting quietly under your couch, waiting for you to notice.
The heart of this practice is having the courage to credit something you find or see as an expression of their loving. It takes trust and tenderness to say: this blue sky might be a hug from them. This dog I just bumped into might be a wink from the universe.

This experience is about giving yourself permission to have those eyes. To shift your perception in a way that is generous and kind—one that gives you the benefit of the doubt, and lets the universe conspire for your joy, your healing, your connection.
It’s about starting to see all of life like the miracle it is. Letting your Rainbow One show up in the ways they can. And letting the world around you become a little more magical, one tender noticing at a time.
This experience is here to help you not only recognize the ways your Rainbow One may already be reaching out—but to actively invite more connection, more magic, and more meaning into your everyday life.
Whether you're finding old toys, feeling a breeze at just the right moment, or noticing a certain song playing again and again, this practice helps you tune in. It invites you to see every whisper of memory, every item they left behind, every ordinary object, as a potential portal to Love.
This isn’t about forcing something to happen. It’s about opening your heart to the very real ways your Rainbow One may still be communicating with you—both practically and spiritually.
Let this be your sacred space to connect. To listen. To ask. To thank. And to grow your trust in what’s already here, and what’s still to come.

Use these steps as gentle guideposts. Go more for the heart of the exercise than the details.

You Will Need:
Set a clear intention at the top of a fresh page in your Blue Healer. Include the phrase “for the Highest Good.” Example: "I open to the greatest experience of synchronicity and connection with my Rainbow One for the Highest Good."
Close your eyes and take three slow, deep breaths. Let your shoulders soften. Place a hand over your heart. Say their name softly.
Honor the signs you have already received. Write about and thank your Rainbow One for any signs and loving messages you’ve already received. No matter how small or ordinary they might seem, honoring these signs helps build your trust in the connection.
Getting the Signs in the Stuff Look around your home. Is there something of theirs that keeps showing up? A bowl, a blanket, a collar? Choose one item to write about. Journal your responses to the following:
Ask for more signs and more support. Now write this in your journal:
"Rainbow One, I invite you to send me more signs and support in the days ahead. Help me stay open to our connection in both mystical and ordinary ways."
Let your heart soften and ask from a space of trust and tenderness.
Ask for something specific. If you feel called, ask for a specific sign that would really speak to you. You might ask for something unique—like a certain word, sound, animal, or object. Or something symbolic—like seeing a rainbow, a butterfly, or their favorite number. Write your request down:
“I ask for a clear sign from my Rainbow One—something that will help me know you are near. I trust that it will come in a way that is loving, safe, and in alignment with the Highest Good.”
When you're done, thank them. Close your journal. Whisper a soft thank you. Feel into your heart. Let them know you’ll be back soon, but say good-bye for now.
Thank yourself. For showing up. For loving. For being brave. Do something nurturing for yourself—a warm drink, a walk, a bath.
